New strategic partnership between D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics and the University of Economics and Law in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

 

A new agreement for bilateral cooperation was signed by the D. A Tsenov Academy of Economics and the University of Economics and Law in Ho Shi Min, Vietnam on 17th of April, 2019. The Rector of the Academy, Assoc Prof. Ivan Marchevski and the Director of the Centre for International Affairs – Assoc. Prof. Marusya Smokova had a meeting with a delegation from the Vietnamese University comprising the Vice-Rector – Prof. Nguyen Ngoc Dien and the Head of the International office – Ms. Le Bich Thuy. At the meeting, the possibilities for further cooperation were discussed. Erasmus+ exchange of staff and students between the two higher educational institutions has been carried out successfully for already two consecutive years. Some of the activities discussed during the meeting were joint education of bachelor, master and doctoral students, exchange of students and staff, participation in joint projects.
During the visit, the delegation from Vietnam visited the academic museum where the guests were acquainted with the historical establishment of the Academy.
