One-week traineeship for two students from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Singapore

​​​​​​Two students from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Еconomics – Tsvetan Tsakov from the Bachelor programme in Marketing and Teodora Dimitrova from the Master programme in Economics and Management of Tourism performed a one-week traineeship in Singapore. 
The traineeship was provided by the Vietnamese alumnus of the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Еconomics, Dr. Nguen Van Che who graduated the programme “Processing and design of economic information” (current name of the programme is Business Informatics) in 1984. 
During the traineeship our students had visited higher educational institutions in Singapore where they had learnt about the system of higher education in Singapore. Tsvetan and Teodora had the opportunity to meet local businessmen in business parks to get acquainted with the ways of performing international trade in different products.
“The present traineeship is the first but not the last initiative of our Vietnamese friend” said Prof. DSc. Borislav Borissov. Dr. Che is strongly motivated and will work harder to attract investments from Singapore in the new industrial zone in Svishtov, as well as to support the establishment of business school “Euro Asia” at the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics.
