Specified parameters and a clear horizon for work on activities 2.3. and 2.3.2. under the EMstep project

The parameters for implementing activities 2.3. ‘Creating a digital learning platform (DLP)’ and 2.3.2. ‘Developing the Leadership Module for the DLP’, which D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics should carry out within project 2023-2-TR01-KA220-SCH-000170568 ‘Empowering Middle School Teachers for Social Inclusion through Observation-based Professional Development’ have been specified.

In December 2024, the project team from the Academy organized a work meeting (11.12.2024) and participated in the third online meeting of the international partners (19.11.2024). The progress of the project’s implementation and guidelines for organizing the above-mentioned activities were discussed at these meetings.

The Academy collaborates with EGE University (Izmir, Turkey) in implementing activity 2.3. It aims to create a digital learning platform that encompasses 3 modules for an enhanced online learning experience, including 8 videos with a total duration of 210 minutes and subtitles in 7 languages.

The Academy will implement activity 2.3.2. jointly with Oslo Metropolitan University (Oslo, Norway). It aims to create videos with a total duration of 60 minutes and subtitles in 7 languages, addressing the needs of school leaders and facilitating a more accessible and inclusive leadership training experience across partner countries. The Academy's commitment is to create a total of 30-minute videos in two modules: ‘Qualitative Data collection’ and ‘Performing diagnostic observation to identify types of problems’.

The researchers who will be involved in the work on these activities were identified. According to the project schedule, they must be completed by February 28th, 2025.

The organization and preparation of activity 2.4. ‘Second transnational meeting in Oslo, Norway’ were also discussed. The partners specified the program of the event. They were also assigned tasks to implement and report on.
