The President of the Student Council at D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics is a Doctoral student of the year 2019

Silvia Zarkova who is a PhD student in Doctoral programme “Finance, Money, Credit and Insurance (Finance)” at D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics was conferred with the prestigious award “Doctoral student for year 2019”. The competition is organised by the National representation of the Students Councils in Bulgaria and it is performed under the auspices of the Bulgarian Ministry of education and science. The award was given at the official ceremony by the Minister of education and science Krasimir  Valchev.
