The Rector of the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics – Svishtov was an official representative of Bulgaria and Europe at the International event in the field of high education in China

The Rector of D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics was a key speaker during the forum of the heads of international universities under the title “New Times, New Finance, New Education - Development Trends and Challenges for Higher Finance Education”. The event took place in Shanghai, China and it was dedicated on the 90th Anniversary of the Shanghai-Lexin University of Accounting and Finance. Assoc. Prof. Ivan Marchevski presented his paper titled “Challenges to the Higher Education in Europe” in front of the scientific community including 12 rectors and presidents of state and private universities from China, USA, Japan, and Taiwan.
