For more than 110 years, WITTE Automotive GmbH Germany has been developing and producing technical solutions for locking and latching systems, supplying well-known automotive brands, worldwide. The company prides itself on the success derived from its detailed and systematic approach to both the products it makes and its business processes. Since 2010 WITTE Automotive started production in its Bulgarian plant in town of Ruse.

In the context of the rapid growth we are looking to hire:

    I. JOB DESCRIPTION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage accounting and financial systems and maintain full and accurate accounting records.
2. Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports and statements.
3. Provide financial and accounting advice, direction and leadership.
4. Ensure compliance with financial legislation, policies and procedures.
5. Establish and maintain cash controls.
6. Manage investments and reserves.
7. Monthly monitoring of department (cost centre) spending and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
8. Annual planning and revolving budgeting of the company.

    II. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Leading of the Financial department.
2. Financial representative of the company to third parties.
3. Preparation of contracts.

    III. REQUIREMENTS:

1. Relevant university degree in economics/finances.
2. Statutory and International generally accepted accounting principles (IAS)
3. Language skills: minimum requirement - fluency in Bulgarian, German or English. Second language English/German would be an advantage.
4. 3-5 years of experience with ERP programs (e.g. SAP).
5. Knowledge in preparation of financial statements and reports.
6. Understanding and interpretation of actual Bulgarian legislation, policies and procedures.
7. More than 5 years of experience on a similar position in an international company.
8. Experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage.
