Marketing / Commercial area

About the program: It is 6 months Trainee program for two trainees, interested in one of the areas – Marketing or Commercial areas.
The Trainee Program starts in the period July - September 2013 with combination of job trainings
and other learning methods and tools aiming to progress trainee's career.
During Induction process trainees will learn and experience in every aspect of the beer business from inside – production process, logistics, marketing, sales and distribution. Main focus will be Marketing/Commercial areas where trainees will learn, understand and practice in the core aspects of the working processes.
On First assignment trainees will practice in core aspects of the marketing/sales with strong support of a mentor from the relevant functional area. Career development continues depending on personal interests and business needs of Kamenitza.

Successful candidate should be:
   - Master's Degree Graduate in Marketing/Commercial discipline,
   - 2013-2014 graduates and/or with not more than 2 years of working experience,
   - Fluent in English language and excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point),
   - Having clear vision about his/her future professional development.

The Trainee position will be based in Sofia. The trainees will also be expected to go on business trips in the country and abroad.
